How much space is required for my inflatable?
You can refer to the individual specs on the item's page of our web page. Generally each inflatable needs about 5 ft more of space around the back for the blower, and at least 10 feet of space in front and side for a large line (mostly applies to festivals).
Can the equipment be used in the rain?
Bounce house's are not to be used in extremely poor weather! High winds and heavy rain can cause very dangerous conditions for your participants. In some cases a light misting rain or periods of rain are ok for inflatables. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to extreme weather conditions. Unless your unit is a specific water attraction never at anytime should you get the unit wet, slick vinyl can be very dangerous for participants.
Why don't you list your prices?
Each event is different in terms of location, length, type and number of inflatables. Our inflatables are priced at a base price however additional fees may apply for generators, staffing and out of service area locations. We understand each party is different when it comes to specific budget needs and we will work to accommodate you.
Can I pickup the unit myself?
We do prefer that we deliver and setup the unit using one of our trained staff, however depending on the inflatable we may allow the unit to be picked up, we may give you a brief instructional how to if necessary. Larger inflatable units are only setup by Inflate The Fun staff. Our service areas include Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Auburn, Davis, Dixon, Fairfield, Vacaville & all Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado Counties. Also available for service outside these areas, including but not limited to San Francisco Bay Area, Galt, Stockton, Modesto, Reno and Lake Tahoe. (Some areas may require additional charge).

What is your cancellation policy?

For a Large event the cancellation policy will be stated on your Agreement. For small parties event cancellations require at least 7 days notice. Simply, if you wish to cancel your event please call as early as you possibly can! We will charge a $50 dollar cancellation fee if we do not receive prior notice and we drive out to your event. Cancellations due to weather should be received as early as possible preferably 24 hours notice

We normally do a confirmation call at least a day or two prior.

What type of surface can you setup on?
We can setup on grass, asphalt, concrete, Astroturf, carpeted areas or cement. The area will need to be level and free of rocks or sharp objects. In most cases we will use a tarp under the unit and as long as its free of rocks and level we can set it up. We prefer not to setup in mud or dirt. Please note the units will weigh down the grass but it will not kill it. Some water units can muck up a grassy area very quickly so be sure to find some way for proper area drainage.
Who Supervises the Bounce House?
For most small parties, we ask that an adult be present to monitor the use of the inflatable. We do offer trained staff at $15 per hour if needed for larger events. You can also use your own adult volunteers. Each inflatable listed on our website has a set of safety instructions that must be signed by the volunteer. We may also provide you with these upon setup to review safety and how-to guidelines. We want every participant to feel safe!
How long does it take to setup an Inflatable?
It just depends on what inflatable is being setup. Our normal setup time is 1 hour prior to your event, and we do not charge for this time. Larger events do require more setup time, and as we setup your party we will discuss how early we will arrive for setup.
Do you require a deposit?
We may ask for a holding deposit for a large event, this is on a per event basis so feel free to ask at the time of your reservation. We may require a credit card and DL copy for customer pickup items.
Do you allow overnight rentals?
We do allow overnight rentals in some cases, we charge for an 8 hour rental price. The unit must be in a secured location however (back yard, overnight security or storage of some kind) It is the customers responsibility to secure the unit otherwise our rental cut off time is 9pm, unless otherwise specified usually an after hours pickup/setup fee will be charged.
Can you setup indoors?
It just depends on the inflatable! If your space is large enough we can most likely do it. Generators should not run indoors and therefore you will need to have separate electrical outlets for each inflatable, feel free to give us a call if this is the case!
